Khandvi, Guju’s Speciality (Small Tray)

Khandvi is our version of a rolled pasta made with gram flour. It has a very attractive vibrant yellow colour that it derives from the besan or gram flour, and is rolled tightly and then cut into bite-sized pieces. It has hint of sour taste which comes from sour yogurt. It is rich in protein and good fat so considered a better ingredient than whole wheat flour.
